NOTES for Rom 12:21

Evil can influence us by various means: the hostility and the violence from other people, disasters, diseases, death... But all this does not vanquish us, until we admit them into our internal, spiritual world. The victory of evil is when rancor, murmuring, despondency grasps us from within. Evil cannot be overcome with a just reward, there is only one way to overcome evil, and the Christ manifested it - efficient love, self-sacrifice for the salvation of the sinners.
